Tailored Training - As well as our public Foundation and Practitioner courses in London, Bath, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester we provide tailored training for all kinds of organization. Any of our public courses, including the PRINCE2 exam courses, can be tailored and run in-house – incorporating your branding at no extra cost. This is often the most cost-effective way of training five or more delegates as it dramatically reduces travel and accommodation costs.

Focus on the Essentials - We don’t ask you to complete a pre-course study pack or try to read the manual in advance because we concentrate on teaching you the essentials. If you know what these are, and understand how to use them, we’re confident that you’ll pass the exams.

Benchmark Exam Promise - Our examination success rates are well above the national average so we offer a free re-sit to all of our Foundation candidates. And if you book a 5–day PRINCE2 Practitioner Course with us, we offer a free place on one of our exam Workshops if you fail the Practitioner exam. You just need to cover the cost of the exam and any venue expenses. You will also be allocated one of our accredited trainers who will provide one to one coaching via the phone and email.

All we ask is that you complete all the coursework and homework to the satisfaction of the trainer and attended the whole course without significant interruption.

PRINCE2 in the Real World - However, our PRINCE2 courses are far more than just exam crammers. We use realistic case studies and go out of our way to ensure that our delegates are able to use PRINCE2 effectively in the real world.

PRINCE2 for Senior Managers - The organisations which use PRINCE2 most effectively understand that everyone involved in a PRINCE2 project is appropriately trained in the method. Often the training needs of senior managers involved in projects are overlooked.

Key Principles - Using the PRINCE2 concept of “management by exception”, senior managers are able to delegate work to the Project Manager, but remain in control through a range of reports and other controls. To do this effectively they need to understand the key principles of PRINCE2 but a full Foundation or Practitioner course is rarely the most cost effective solution.

Briefings & Seminars - For these executives and senior managers we offer a range of briefings and seminars including a 2-hour Executive Briefing, a half-day Project Board Seminar and a one-day Overview. In addition, we have introduced courses in Project Sponsorship and in one of the key techniques required for directing a PRINCE2 project - Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM) - a powerful and pragmatic approach to gaining the consensus of all stakeholders on the high-level objectives of a project or programme.
