PRINCE2® for Individuals

The Right Balance - People need PRINCE2 training for two reasons: either they want to pass the exams, or they have to use the method on real projects. Most of us, if we’re honest, need to do both.

Must-have Qualification - The PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate is the project management qualification that most employers in the UK and other countries look for. And it’s not just a must-have qualification for full-time project managers. These days so many organizations need to deliver successful projects to achieve their organizational goals that it has become part of the essential skills portfolio for any manager.

Employability - Employers – whether in the public sector or commercial – look for more than just evidence that you’ve passed the PRINCE2 exams. The method is attractive to organizations because of its flexibility, so it’s common in job interviews for a candidate to be asked how they would apply PRINCE2 or parts of it to that particular organisation. Graduates from a Benchmark PRINCE2 course are invariably well equipped to answer this question. And, because of our practical approach to the method they’re equally well equipped to use PRINCE2 in any organizational setting.

Flexible Route - Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose the route to the Practitioner Certificate which best suits your individual learning style. Some prefer the intensive, 5-day Practitioner Course which includes both the Foundation and Practitioner examination. Others prefer to take the 3 day, Foundation Course, consolidate the knowledge they’ve gained, and then return for a 2-day, Practitioner Workshop. Whatever your preference, we offer an effective route to this prestigious qualification.

Focus on the Essentials - We don’t ask you to complete a pre-course study pack or try to read the manual in advance because we concentrate on teaching you the essentials. If you know what these are, and understand how to use them, we’re confident that you’ll pass the exams.

Benchmark Exam Promise - Our examination success rates are well above the national average so we offer a free re-sit to all of our Foundation candidates. And if you book a 5–day PRINCE2 Practitioner Course with us, we offer a free place on one of our exam Workshops if you fail the Practitioner exam. You just need to cover the cost of the exam and any venue expenses. You will also be allocated one of our accredited trainers who will provide one to one coaching via the phone and email.

All we ask is that you complete all the coursework and homework to the satisfaction of the trainer and attended the whole course without significant interruption.
