No Pre-Course Study - We don’t ask you to complete a pre-course study pack because we approach PRINCE2® and MSP® intelligently and pragmatically. We concentrate on teaching you the key principles. If you know what these principles are, and understand how to use them, we’re confident that you’ll pass the exams and be able to use PRINCE2 and MSP in the real world.
Benchmark Exam Promise - Our examination success rates are well above the national average so we offer a free re-sit to all of our Foundation candidates. And if you book a 5–day PRINCE2 or MSP Practitioner Course with us, we offer a free place on one of our exam Workshops if you fail the Practitioner exam. You just need to cover the cost of the exam and any venue expenses. You will also be allocated one of our accredited trainers who will provide one to one coaching via the phone and email.
All we ask is that you complete all the coursework and homework to the satisfaction of the trainer and attended the whole course without significant interruption.
Re-registration - If you are already a Registered PRINCE2 or MSP Practitioner, you will need to take a Re-registration exam every 3–5 years to remain Registered. You can do this by attending one of our Practitioner Workshops. We will send you a new PRINCE2 or MSP manual, plus revision exercises to do before the course, which include practice exam questions in the Objective Test Exam format. You then join the Workshop and take your one hour Re-registration exam on the second day.
Top Quality Training Material – We only use training material we’ve developed ourselves, all fully approved by the APMG. Our materials are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that they reflect, and add value to, the latest version of the PRINCE2 or MSP manual. You’ll find clear, well designed quick reference guides to all the major elements of the methodology and realistic case studies which illustrate how the method can be used in the real world.
Plain English - PRINCE2 and MSP are incredibly flexible and powerful methods. Any approach to learning the method needs to reflect that flexibility. At Benchmark we use a range of learning methods – including realistic case studies and plenty of real-world examples - and pride ourselves on our ability to explain things in plain English.
Free Support Resources – All delegates on our PRINCE2 courses receive a CD with the full Community Edition of PROJECT in a Box, the world leader in PRINCE2 management software. The Benchmark edition also includes examples of the key PRINCE2 documents – including the P.I.D and Project Quality Plan - used to manage the £1m project which is used as a case study in our examination courses.
Flexibility - Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose the route to the Practitioner Certificate which best suits your individual learning style. For PRINCE2, some prefer the intensive, 5-day Practitioner Course which includes both the Foundation and Practitioner examination. Others prefer to take the 3 day Foundation Course, consolidate the knowledge they’ve gained, and then return for a 2-day Practitioner Workshop. Similar routes are available for MSP, but whatever your preference, we offer an effective route to these prestigious qualifications.
Location and Venue – We offer scheduled PRINCE2 and MSP courses in Bath and London and on-site training anywhere in the world. All of our training venues are carefully chosen to provide the right balance between ease of access and a bright and spacious environment in which to study PRINCE2 or MSP. We always stick to our maximum of 12 delegates on any single training event, meaning that with Benchmark, you get an excellent tutor to delegate ratio - and consequently great training!
