At Benchmark we specialise in helping organisations to tailor PRINCE2® so that it can be used as effectively as possible. These are just three of the organizations we feel priviledged to work with.

Wiltshire County Council

Wiltshire County Council is one of the largest local authorities in the South West of England providing a wide range of services to some 433,000 people. The Council adopted PRINCE2 its standard for projects across all departments in 2004. Since then Benchmark have helped more than 200 members of the Council’s staff to obtain PRINCE2 qualifications and have run a series of seminars and workshops tailored to the needs of senior managers including the Chief Executive and project support staff.

Guide Dogs

Guide Dogs is an internationally recognised charity dedicated to provide guide dogs and other mobility services that increase the independence and dignity of blind and partially-sighted people. The charity employs around 1,000 professional staff in the UK and is supported by about 10,000 volunteers.

Guide Dogs, in conjunction with Benchmark, has developed their own Introduction to Project Management course based upon PRINCE2. Since Autumn 2006 we have delivered these courses to over 100 employees of the organisation, and have also successfully trained several project managers on our public courses. We continue to work with Guide Dogs on this rolling programme.

Northgate Information Solutions Limited is a market leader in providing specialist software, outsourcing and information technology (IT) services to the human resources, local government, education and public safety markets. Northgate, currently employs over 6,000 staff and operates in 46 countries across 5 continents.

Northgate instigated a programme of PRINCE2 training for key staff in 2006. Benchmark trained more than 100 staff to Practitioner Certificate level with a 100% first time pass rate.
