PRINCE2®
is a flexible but structured method for managing a project. It’s designed to help people plan, control and deliver their projects efficiently and effectively. The method is owned by the UK government and has been regarded as best practice in the UK for some time. It’s used by organizations, big and small, in the UK and in other countries to plan and control projects, regardless of their scope, timescale or budget.
Not Just for Project Managers - PRINCE2 includes all the roles which contribute to delivering a successful project: sponsors,decision makers, end users, commercial suppliers, support staff, team members, and, of course, project managers.
The Essentials - The method is based around a checklist of 8 key steps and 8 principles which, if applied intelligently, significantly increase a project’s chances of success.

No Pre-Course Study - We don't ask you to complete a pre-course study pack because we approach PRINCE2 intelligently and pragmatically. We concentrate on teaching you the key principles. If you know what these principles are, and understand how to use them, we're confident that you'll pass the exams and be able to use PRINCE2 in the real world.
Certification - There are two levels of PRINCE2 certification: Foundation and Practitioner. These are currently the most sought after project management qualifications in the UK and we offer both through our public schedule courses and through closed, in-house events.
Flexibility
Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose the route to the Practitioner Certificate which best suits your individual learning style. Some prefer the intensive, 5-day Practitioner Course which includes both the Foundation and Practitioner examination. Others prefer to take the 3 day Foundation Course, consolidate the knowledge they’ve gained, and then return for a 2-day Practitioner Workshop. Whatever your preference, we offer an effective route to this prestigious qualification.

Our examination success rates are well above the national average so we are confident enough to offer one free re-sit to all of our PRINCE2 Foundation candidates attending a public class.
In addition, if you attend a continuous public 5 day PRINCE2 Practitioner Course with us, we offer one free Practitioner exam re-sit. If you are just attending the two day Practitioner Exam Workshop prior to re-taking the exam then a £100 + VAT surcharge will apply.
Please note these offers are not available for on-site courses and we do require that you complete all the coursework and homework to the satisfaction of the trainer and attended the whole course without interruption.
