For those who like to see the big picture, our PRINCE2 Process map brings together the key elements of the method in one clear, flow diagram – there’s nothing quite like it in the Manual! The map shows how the Processes relate to each other, and follows each of the key pieces of management information as they flow through a project. There is also a comprehensive Product Matrix on the reverse showing the processes where each of the key PRINCE2 Products is used. The map is a great quick reference guide which can be used for revision or taken into the Practitioner exam – or just pinned to the office wall.

PRINCE2 Software

We believe strongly in supporting our delegates once they return to their own projects and start putting their newly developed skills into practice. We’ve been looking for a decent piece of PRINCE2 software for years – but couldn’t find one that offered enough flexibility to really make the most of PRINCE2. Now we’ve found one – and its free! All delegates on our PRINCE2 courses receive a CD with the full Community Edition of PROJECT in a Box, the world leader in PRINCE2 management software. The CD also includes examples of the PRINCE2 documents – including the P.I.D and Job Descriptions used to manage the £0.5m project which is used as a case study in our examination courses.
