Requirements Management
Audience
Project Managers, Programme Managers, Steering Group members, Key Stakeholders, Business Change Managers, Benefits Managers, Team members, Requirements Managers and PMO Office staff.
Background
There is a common saying projects never deliver what the customer wanted. Traditionally we ask customers to say what they want at the beginning of a project, then attempt to deliver it. But it is often difficult to know what you want until you actually see it. And the longer it takes to finish the wok the more likely it is that people will change their minds about what they want leading to the dreaded ”scope creep”.
This course provides a simple, pragmatic and proven process for gathering and managing requirements throughout a project. It recognises that changes are likely to occur and ensures that each change is assessed, auctioned and (importantly) communicated to the stakeholders.

- Apply a pragmatic process for managing requirements
- Recognise and control “Scope Creep”
