Agile in complex environments
Audience
Project and programme managers, Sponsors, Business Change Managers, team members and anyone who will be involved change projects
Background
Many companies are now pursuing an Agile development strategy in order to be more responsive to their customer’s needs and realise benefits much earlier. However., much of the material on Agile assumes a relatively simplistic ‘Agile-only’ scenario; there is little support for exploiting Agile alongside traditional approaches, using Agile within business transformation projects, working with suppliers and with off-shore delivery.
This course explains how you can get the best of both worlds: an ability to exploit the benefits of Agile while still retaining the control and scope of more traditional approaches.

- Recognise when Agile is and is not suitable
- Follow a proven technique for setting-up a project for success
- Demonstrate how to use Agile and more traditional methods together
