What is MSP?
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) is a framework for managing change and delivering organizational benefits from a set of related projects. With its emphasis on stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation, MSP also allows an organisation to maintain a clear link between individual projects and the strategic vision.
